Animal Feed

Numerous studies have shown that the inclusion of 2 to 5% clinoptilolite in animal feed rations helps:

  • increase weight gain;
  • decrease the conversion rate (less feed per pound of grain);
  • reduce scours and other intestinal diseases;
  • improve bone growth;
  • reduce odor and water content in the animal excrement;
  • improve the number of gradable eggs, value of milk, or meat indexing;
  • reduce necessity for antibiotics.

Healthy Livestock

Zeolite acts as a mycotoxin binder, absorbing heavy metals that are dangerous to farm animals (lead, cadmium, mercury). It also helps control mycotoxins in animal feed which lowers mortality rates from digestive stress and reduces the need for antibiotics.

As a result, after only 4 weeks the healthier livestock shows improved production rates in dairy cattle and chickens as well as improved weight gain in all farm animals.

Benefits are found in feeding dairy cows, beef cattle, hogs, poultry, sheep, pigs, rabbits or other animals.

Suggested Products:

Directions: Start with an inclusion of 2% Zeopack zeolite and work up to 5% by weight of the total food ration.
Fine powder of zeolite (Zeopack S) is used for bigger animals like pigs, and granular zeolite for smaller like chicken (Zeopack M)

Pellet Binding

The use of up to 2% zeolite helps de-moisturize feed pellets resulting in a more resilient pellet, thereby significantly reducing clumping and making feed flow more easily. ZeoStoreā„¢ Zeolite will enhance the color of the pellet, making it greener and more visually appealing. The harder pellet will reduce clumping in the pellet machine which will reduce equipment down time for drilling out pellet holes and also result in less wear on the pellet dies.The pellet machine will run smoother, utilizing less electricity, thus providing additional savings.
